SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 5–20 business days, depending on the product, destination, stock availability, and fulfillment partner.

Products in the same order may arrive separately because items can be shipped from different fulfillment locations.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided by email when they become available. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we might not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, high seasonal demand, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Orders may be shipped directly from one of our trusted fulfillment partners. Packaging and delivery carriers may vary depending on product availability and destination.
